The US $230 million project is expected to be completed by the end of 2017

MIAMI – APRIL 18, 17 – 2017 – JQ Group of Companies is nearing complete closings of its Midtown Doral development. The first phase of this project has 404 units pre-sold of its 537 inventory, closed on 278, delivered 1500 parking spaces for immediate use and leased 75% of its 70,000-sq. ft. of available commercial space. Residents will have access to a diverse offering of retailers, restaurants, food stores and service providers, while enjoying top-of- the-line residences.

The remaining structure, Building Four with 133 units, is well under way and is looking to obtain Certificate of Occupancy in the Fall of 2017. Closings are expected to start by October of this year. Construction for the First Phase, comprised of four residential buildings and two parking structures, began in 2014, incorporating high-quality finishes and smart technology.
