The US $174 million project includes a Hilton’s “Curio Collection” hotel

MIAMI – OCT 4, 2016 – JQ Group of Companies, a real estate developer, owner and operator specialized in residential, commercial and hospitality projects in Florida, and HES Group Developers, a hotel development company, are pleased to announce that they have joined forces to build Triptych Miami Design District. This project will unite JQ Group’s experience and track record in real estate development and construction management in South Florida with HES Group Developers’ value proposition in the hospitality sector.
Triptych Hotel, located at 3601 North Miami Avenue, is at the intersection of the some of the city’s most dynamic and creative new neighborhoods: the Design District, Wynwood, and Midtown/Biscayne Corridor. These neighborhoods have evolved to showcase the new wave of diversity, sophistication and innovation Miami has to offer; each neighborhood offers its own distinctive characteristics and culture that are currently redefining the lifestyle, art scene, and entertainment of Miami.
“JQ Group, which has the transformation of Miami rooted in its DNA, was quick to envision the reshaping role that Triptych will play in the urban evolution of these neighborhoods,” said Jesus Quintero, Founder & CEO of JQ Group of Companies. “As one of the first hotels in the area, Triptych comes to offer an innovative alternative to customers in what have become the most diverse and eclectic neighborhoods the city has to offer”, added Mr. Quintero.
This 475,000 square feet mixed-use complex includes a 252-room Hilton’s Curio Collection hotel, 38,000 square feet of commercial space, and 41,000 square feet of office space and 300 parking spaces. The design has been commissioned to the award-winning architect Willy Bermello of Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc.
JQ Group continues to participate in the evolution of Miami. The Firm has recognized the potential these neighborhoods have and has engaged in transformational investments and management of unique state-of- the art properties. This property is poised to become one of the first much-anticipated hotel additions to the area, with delivery expected for the first quarter of 2018.
