PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Alejandra Acuna is a student at the Florida International University where she is pursuing a degree in Interdisciplinary studies with an expected graduation in 2020. She is currently the Property Management Department’s assistant as well as Administrative Assistant to the CEO and COO at JQ Group. Alejandra joined the company as a receptionist two years ago. Among her main responsibilities, Alejandra assists the Property Manager with the day to day operations and tenant relations, ensuring efficacy and providing quality service to the residents in JQ Group’s portfolio of properties. As Administrative assistant, she supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Before joining JQ Group in 2016, Ms. Acuna amassed some of her experience in internships and programs at Powerful Yogurt as office manager, Marlins Stadium as suite runner and at the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Park where she served as camp counselor for two years.
