Jorge Evaristo

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry in the United States and Venezuela, Mr. Evaristo serves as JQ Group’s Senior Project Manager, planning, budgeting, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the construction process. One of his latest projects in this role was at Midtown Doral, where he successfully oversaw over USD 200 million in construction for the project’s first phase that is now completed.

Mr. Evaristo was Founding Partner and Operations Manager of Evaristo Yamin Ingenieros, a construction Firm that operated for 20 years in Venezuela. The Firm’s portfolio comprised of high profile clientele ranging from governmental to oil industry corporations such as BP, Total, Corpoven, Palmaven, and PDVSA.

He started his career at the Grupo Stambul Rojas, participating in the construction of the Stauffer Hotel in Maturin, Venezuela. He was also part of the team in charge of the development of Halliburton’s Operational Base in Venezuela. Mr. Evaristo is a Florida Certified General Contractor. He holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the Andrés Bello Catholic University.
