The Real Deal: Brown Harris Stevens tapped to sell Quint Hollywood townhome project

MIAMI – March 6, 2020 – JQ Group hired Brown Harris Stevens Miami to take over sales and marketing for QUINT Collection, a 10-home new development with a 12 slip private marina in Hollywood, FL situated between Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach in Hollwood. Jesús Quintero of JQ Group, a Miami-based real estate owner and developer specializes in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Southern Florida.

Sales will be led by BHS Miami’s Ronn Rubin Glanz, a Hollywood resident for 23+ years and   luxury waterfront specialist; and overseen by BHS Miami President Phil Gutman who successfully led teams in New Development for two decades prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens Miami in 2017 to lead the firm’s South Florida expansion.

The project, north of Margaritaville’s Hollywood Beach resort, includes a marina with 12 boat slips on the Intracoastal Waterway. Units range from 4,650 square feet to 5,137 square feet, with four stories of living space, a fifth-floor rooftop, and three bedrooms. Kaller Architecture is designing the project and QR General Contractor is the construction firm. It’s expected to be completed in the second quarter of next year.

The developer aims to elevate the lifestyle of residents through a sense of casual indulgence and comfort. High tech home amenities and ample entertaining space provide convenience and an understated sense of luxury.

Residences feature 10 foot ceilings, balconies up to 10 feet deep, rooftop terraces with summer gas kitchens and hot tubs, smart technology pre-wiring, hurricane resistant windows and doors, walk-in closets in each spacious bedroom, and a fully-enclosed two car garage. Four floor plans are available.

This is the third new development project Brown Harris Stevens Miami has earned since Summer 2019. The firm also leads sales for Ofizzina, an office condo in Coral Gables, and Maison Residences Islamorada. In addition to ranking within the Top Five Brokerages for the Miami luxury market, Brown Harris Stevens Miami has added a commercial division and restaurant / hospitality partner.  

The project’s architect is Kaller Architecture and general contractor is QR General Contractor.

Construction is underway and slated for completion Q2, 2020. Prices start at $2.562 million plus available boat slips. One model home is open now and available for sale, fully designed by Spazio Di Casa, featuring Roche Bobois furnishings for $3.3 million.
